Add the medicine
Name, dose and how often. Type the shorthand from the prescription and the times fill themselves in.
Choose how it should alert
Notification, full screen, or a ringing alarm — per medicine, because a vitamin and a heart tablet are not the same.
Confirm each dose
Tap Taken, Snooze or Skip. Unanswered reminders repeat three times, then the dose is recorded as missed.
Your medicines stay on your phone
Health information is the most sensitive thing an app can hold, so RemidiBox simply doesn't collect it.
- Never sent anywhere: medicines, schedules, dose history and family members.
- Only with an account: your name and the email or phone you sign in with.
- Only if you allow it: analytics — off unless you tick the box, and switchable off later in Settings.
- Uninstalling deletes everything on the phone; deleting your account removes the rest.
Questions people ask
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Reminders are scheduled on the phone, so they fire in flight mode, with no signal, or when the server is down. Internet is only used if you choose to sign in.
Will it wake me if the phone is silent or locked?
If you pick the alarm or full-screen alert for that medicine, yes — it shows over the lock screen and keeps ringing until answered. Android needs permission for exact alarms and full-screen notifications; the app asks once and shows a warning on the home screen until they're granted.
Can I track medicines for my parents?
Yes. Add each person, and every medicine belongs to one of them. Reminders name the person, and the history is kept per person.
Do I have to create an account?
No. The app is fully usable signed out — there's a "Skip for now" on the first screen. An account only stores sign-in details so you can recognise yourself on a new phone.
Is it free?
Yes, and there are no adverts. Nothing is sold, and there is nothing to sell — the health data never reaches us.
